Because I'm lucky, I went to the Saveur test kitchen last week was introduced to Todd Coleman. You read right: Todd Coleman - he who taught us to peel garlic in a mere ten seconds! Todd started his food career as a dishwasher, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, worked his way around the culinary world, and is now the executive food editor of Saveur magazine. But that's not all! He's also a self-taught photographer who props, styles, and shoots images for the magazine as well as cookbooks. He's kind of amazing.
Todd and I shook hands and, yeah, I feel kind of famous because of it.
