What is this handy household tip that I speak of? Why, it's how to separate an egg yolk from the white with a plastic water bottle! I could have really used this back when I was making a ton of ice cream. Now that the size of my rear end has dictated that I make and thoroughly enjoy frozen yogurt which doesn't require eggs, I won't be using this technique that much. Well, until the weather turns from ice cream to cake season.
