Peachy Keen









Peach Spritzer

4 fresh peaches
2 tablespoons agave or honey
1 bottle white wine, chilled
Sparkling water,
Peach slices for garnish

Quarter the peaches. No need to peel as we're going to be straining in just a few minutes.
Place peaches, agave or honey, and ¼ cup of wine in a blender.
Liquify.
Strain over a bowl.
Mix the clarified peach juice with the wine and chill.
When ready to serve, place ice in six glasses.
Fill glasses ¾ of the way with wine mixture then top off with sparkling water.
Garnish with fresh peaches.
