Friday Night Videos

Every Friday morning, 13 million Americans cry together because 13 million is how many people listen to National Public Radio's Morning Edition and Friday morning is when they air StoryCorp.

If you're not familiar, here's how it works: two or more people go in a recording booth conveniently located at Grand Central Station or one of the mobile studios that travel around the country. An engineer hits "record" and you and your loved one(s) tell some gut wrenching true story of how the eternal goodness of the human spirit always wins while the rest of us reach for coffee and a tissue.

If you don't cry listening to StoryCorp, that's okay, but you might be a robot. No judgement here. Be proud of who you are, robot! For that is what you always walk away with from listening to StoryCorp. Be proud of who you are and what you have accomplished on the day to day.

Oh, and sometimes they animate the stories. Bonus!

Have a proud weekend!
